I thought since summer was coming to an end, kids are going back to school, those days by the beach are dwindling, it is a good time for a contest
I am one to always think, if I did a movie about my life what my soundtrack would be so I thought it would be fun to do something similar. I want you to figure out a soundtrack to your summer, whether it was playing with your kids, at the beach, workin 9-5, whatever your summer was like I want to hear it in your music.
So make a “mixed tape” (well a mixed CD of course, because I don’t think I have a tape player anymore ) that reflects your summer with a short note saying why and we will decide who has the best summer soundtrack and you will win a free session for this fall. The session can be for a family session,maternity, newborn, children, engagement session, trash the dress, boudoir, senior, whatever type of session you would like (up to a $100 value).
So all you have to do is make a mix tape and drop it off or send it to 108 W. Second St., Perrysburg, OH 43551 and that’s it you could win a free session. It’s a simple, fun contest to give tribute to summer

We like to donate our time or our services to things that we feel are good causes. That is why we donated a gift certificate to the Sal’s Pals auction that took place on Saturday night. And Sunday I received this great email

Our event raises the most money in the area, and we are in the top 20 in the country! People were so generous last night, the Pinardo’s are all very grateful.

We have in the past donated time to other events such as Race for the Cure and don’t forget our October Family Portrait month that we will be doing again this October. This is where we offer a special rate for family portraits that take place in October and a portion of the session fee goes to Operation Smile which is an organization that help children who were born with cleft palette. And like last year we plan on matching all the contributions brought in by these sessions So mark your calendars, october is always a good time for another family portrait

I went out to photograph Ryan’s six month session ( you many remember her 3 month and infant session a little while back). I can not believe how big and cute she is getting. Now I just can’t wait till her 9 month when she’ll be starting to crawl and play more with toys. It is so much fun to watch her grow

So a couple weekends ago we had a booth at the Port Clinton Elks bridal fair and right before it started I was approached by a lady who owned the gown shop that had a booth and that was putting on the bridal fair. At first not knowing who she was she asked “I have a strange question for you, what size are you?” Well like anyone that kind of throw me off guard. To make a long story short I believe I am now America’s next top Model!!!!
Here are some quick photos of my first and only modeling debut, because if any of you know me, I am not the center of attention type of person, that is why I am behind the camera:) Also we didn’t know we were going to have something so important to shoot that day so Joe had to take these with my little point and shoot.
I kept thinking the whole time, don’t fall, don’t fall and a couple of the dresses were a size to big so when I had those on I kept thinking don’t let the dress fall! (that’s right I had to make three different dress changes, it was definitely an experience to remember, but I don’t think they will be calling me for future shows )

This past Saturday Jill and Ryan braved the cold weather with us for their engagement shoot. They were quite the troopers they even took their coats off for most of them (something I can say I probably wouldn’t have been brave enough to do )
We went to the campus of the University of Toledo because this is where they met.
Here is a sneak peek and we can not wait until your wedding in July because we had a lot of fun with the two of you, and we can’t wait to see you both all dressed up they are going to be a beautiful wedding couple!
