Happy New Year….

What a great year 2007 was….  I look back on the past year as a new year is here and what a fantastic year it was, we were blessed in so many ways.I got to marry by best friend and I finally got to experience being a bride after seeing everyone else’s wedding while photographing the many beautiful weddings we did this year.  We got to meet many great couples this year and made some new friends in the process.  

Not to mention we became a Aunt and Uncle this year and it couldn’t be more fun, I also became a “aunt” to two other boys this year as well with two of my best friends having babies.  We have lots of little ones to spoil now  

We also became first time home owners which is so exciting, because it give us the opportunity for our little family to grow (don’t take that the wrong way, there are no kids in the plans for a few year, sorry Bev!) and it also gives us more room for our business to grow.  2008 is already shaping up to be a busy year, as our wedding schedule is booking up fast and we plan on expanding our portrait/lifestyle part of our business as well as some other new exciting things in the work for Shutter Love.

What are you doing next weekend? (Jan 5 & 6th)

Jennifer and Grant’s Engagement Session

Today we met up with Jennifer and Grant downtown for their engagement session.  They were such troopers I don’t think I heard them complain about the cold weather at all.  Here is a sneak peek, we had such a good time and we can not wait until your wedding next Sepember. Jennifer is going to make a beautiful bride…   We made a stop at Downtown Latte for a little warm up.We had a blast and we hope you enjoy the sneak peek…Let us know what you think! We love comments!  

Welcome to the world Nolan

We wanted to welcome Nolan to the world here are some 5 day old photos.  Nolan is the baby of one of my best friends and he couldn’t be any cuter….  and also the youngest Yankees Fan!                  

Ryan’s 3 month

I went out to photograph Ryan for her three month ( I don’t know if you remember her infant shoot a couple months ago, or click here to refresh your memory) She is getting a little bigger and so cute!!! Here is a sneak peek… two week old session:   3 month old comparisson              Her grandparents were in town so they got in on the action as well.  checking out what this christmas thing is all about :)   I can’t wait till her 6 month session.   Love- C.  

Holiday Schedule

We wanted to wish everyone a happy holiday and let you all know that we will be out of the office from Sunday the 23rd-the morning of Wednesday the 26th.  We will have very limited access to email if any, so enjoy the time with your friends and family and we will get back to any emails you send us after the holidays. Here are a few pics of my nephew that we took for the holidays :)    Merry Christmas !!!! 

Holiday Deadline

Just wanted to write a quick note, if you are hoping to get your photos by Christmas place your order before noon on Friday Dec. 7th.  It is still cutting it close but we believe we can get your photos to you if they are ordered by that time. Happy Holidays!! -C.
